*** LAST DAY FOR VENDOR CODE ASSIGNMENTS IS 9/9/05!

Vendor Codes are used so all sellers' can remain anonymous. Anybody placing an item for sale MUST have a Vendor Code. If you received a postcard, your Vendor Code should be on your mailing label. (It is usually the first letter of your last name followed by some numbers).

You Vendor Code will remain the same from year to year. We work with Kingwood UMC, so if you have a Vendor Code assigned from them, it is also your Vendor Code with us (or vice versa).

New Vendor Codes:
If you have never sold items before and need a new Vendor Code, click here. Please type your name, address, and phone number. The coordinator will e-mail you back with your Vendor Code. If you also would like to volunteer to work, follow the instructions on the Volunteer page. (You do not need to wait for your Vendor Code).

Forget your vendor code?
Don't worry. If you received a post card, look on the mailing label. It is by your name. Otherwise, just click here and type your name, address and phone number. Please put "Look Up Vendor Code" in the subject line. We have the Kingwood United Methodist Church numbers as well.
