Ricky D. Ostrom is the founder and owner of RDO Computer Services. He has over 23+ years of experience in the fields of computer support, hardware and programming. He worked in the computer industry before the first desktop PC's were installed, and was the Supervisor of End-user Support for a major corporation for several years.

RDO Computer Services was formed after many friends and contacts asked for assistance, and could not get any quality support from other sources.
